Why should the property owner lease their property to the Section 8 tenant?

The portion of the rental payment from the Housing Authority is guaranteed, Section 8 tenants tend to stay as long-term tenants, and are good tenants.

The property owner should receive their payment per the lease agreement. Generally, the property owner receives the Housing Authority portion of the rental payment on the 1st of each month.

If I advertise, am I guaranteed a renter?

We cannot guarantee that your property will be rented, since there are so many variables that are beyond our control. However, if you read the “Section 8 Information”, you should not have a hard time finding a Section 8 tenant.

How much rent can I charge the tenant?

The Section 8 tenant must not pay more than 40% of adjusted income for rent when the family first receives Section 8 tenant-based assistance for occupancy of a particular unit. Please go to the “Section 8 Information”, where there is more information.

How do I view the renter profile database?

You have to be a member to view the renter profile database. However, we do not guarantee that there are existing profiles in the tenant database, since we do not require tenants to register themselves into our database in order to search or find out more information about the listing.

How do I update/change my rental listing?

You need to Login first, and then you will be able to update and make changes to your property. There are only a few inquiries that can be changed by us, such as: address of the property, apartment number, and bedroom size. If you made a mistake on one of these inquiries, please contact us either by mail, email, or phone.

You can always create a new registration, or renew your registration by contacting us.

Go to “My Account”, there is a link to update your information, and please choose “Rented”, it will automatically be removed by the end of your listing term, or if you want the listing be removed right away, please contact us.

Unlike our competitors, we do not require the tenant to register to find out the property owner information. It’s a FREE service for the tenant. However, you always can register a profile for the property owner to contact you or when a new property is registered in your area, you will get that listing automatically.

Am I guaranteed to find a rental by creating a profile?

No, we can’t guarantee you will find a rental because there are too many variables involved. However, creating a profile will give you a better chance to get the place you are interested in. You can always register a simple profile for the property owner to contact you or when a new property is registered in your area, you will get that listing automatically. In addition, we do not keep your information, and your profile will expire automatically as you choose the timing during the registration process. All of this service is FREE.

We designed our software to make your profile expire automatically when you choose the timing during the registration process. Thus, if you want to update or make changes, you can contact us or create a new profile after your old listing is expired.
